Informations for Participants

Dear participant

  • Thanks to have applied to participate of NAISSMA 2022




For people (students)  who have applied for financial support
  • All the financial supports to all the people coming from out of NAMIBIA have been approved;
  • According to the budget we will consider the possibility to partially support also Namibian students who have applied
  • Due to limitations of our budget, we CANNOT pay and/or refund travel expenses. However we offer stay with half board.
    This means that the supported participants will be hosted in double rooms, they will be offered the lunches by UNAM and hopefully a contribution for the second day meal;
  • The organization will offer the best of logistic support to the people supported by our LMS grant. In particular we shall book the rooms on the hosting structure;




For all the non Namibian participants coming by their own
  • We have contacted some hosting structures which will provide rooms at special fees for the NAISSMA 2022 participants.
  • Please, if you are interested to be hosted in one of the structures below, provide yourself your booking agreement.
  • The organization will be available to assist you for logistica issues (such as transportation from the hotel to the University)

    UNM - unmguesthouse@gmail.com - 580N$, no breakfast but kitchen to cook (Still 4 rooms available).
